Produced from locally sourced barley and distilled in small batches through traditional copper pot stills, this whisky is shaped by time and place. Matured in Albany’s cool coastal climate, it begins its journey in second-fill 200-litre ex-bourbon American Oak barrels, before a finishing period in Australian Tawny casks (formerly known as Port). The result is a vibrant yet composed whisky, revealing layers of richness, warmth, and refined complexity with each sip.
