Limeburners Single Malt Infinity Solera Cask 43% - 700ml

Smooth and complex, Infinity Solera Cask 43% is matured in second-fill ex-bourbon American oak barrels and then finished in 500L aged Port puncheons using the traditional Solera method.

Each barrel exhibits its own unique characteristics, creating slight variations from barrel to barrel. We utilise a Solera system of port puncheons, where several casks are emptied into a large holding tank and left to marry. Half of the blended batch is then filtered and bottled, while the remaining half is retained, and the blending tank is topped up with new barrels. This approach ensures consistency in our products from batch to batch. The oldest whiskies in the Solera system are now up to 12 years old.

This whisky has a medium warm-coloured hue with intense and complex flavours, delivering a full taste with a smooth finish.
