Limeburners Single Malt Whisky is created at the Great Southern Distilling Company's boutique distillery, nestled on the edge of Princess Royal Harbour in Albany, Western Australia. This location was specially selected for its pristine surroundings: clean air, and pure water, complemented by premium locally grown barley.

Our commitment to quality craftsmanship is evident in each batch, meticulously distilled using our small-batch copper pot stills. The whisky is then aged in carefully selected oak casks, a process that imparts rich colour, captivating aroma, and an intense depth of flavour, before being bottled with care.
