Starting with a used Limeburners whisky barrel, fresh chilli and garlic slowly and naturally ferment, breathing in the fresh and botanically infused Margaret River forest air. Tended to daily until it reaches its prime, it then transforms into our Sriracha Sauce. Our premium Dry Gin, having been barrel aged, melds with the oak, whisky, sriracha and a few secret botanicals, to create this signature Sriracha Gin.
