As we enter a wonderfully warm Australian Christmas, the desire to experience a hint of European winter nostalgia can strike us. Evoking delicious flavours reminiscent of Christmas pudding, fruit mince pies and grandma's spiked trifle, our distillers have handcrafted our special limited release 2022 Giniversity Christmas Gin to take you on an unforgettable journey into a winter wonderland. 

Starting with our luxurious aged gin laced with 23 Carat Gold Leaf from The Perth Mint, they layer Davidson and Illawarra plums, pomegranate, blackberry, sweet orange and ginger, finishing with a hint of cinnamon and star anise. As with Christmas dinner, it may be a challenge to hold back from a second helping.

Serve with a Mediterranean style dry tonic and a cherry or sprinkle of blackberries for garnish.
