Smooth and buttery, Limeburners Sherry Cask Strength has been bottled straight from the barrel at full strength for bold Sherry characteristics and a textural finish.  This is whisky as it sits in the cask, and is bottled as single cask expressions.

Distilled with care in our traditional small-batch copper pot stills, Sherry Cask Strength is a serious whisky connoisseur’s delight and made to savour. This classic Limeburners expression has spent time in ex-bourbon American oak before maturing further in an Australian Sherry cask, allowing it to develop notes of buttery caramel, dried apricot and almond croissant. 

We recommend tasting neat, before adding a few drops of water to unleash the full flavour of this complex and elegant expression. 

Each barrel will exhibit its own unique characteristics, creating slight variation from expression to expression.
