Shipping & Returns

Goods are shipped from our distillery in Margaret River, Western Australia. You can expect us to ship your order within 2-5 business days of placing your order, however this may vary during peak periods. Orders placed between Friday - Sunday will be shipped the following Tuesday.

Items that are marked as ‘Limited Stock/Back Order’ will be shipped when stock is becomes available. Orders containing these items will be delivered in one shipment when the item is available.

Delivery Times


We do not guarantee delivery times. Your order will be delivered through Australia Post eParcel. The delivery time to your destination will vary according to your postcode. Full details can be found at www.auspost.com.au. Please allow extra time for post deliveries at peak times (ie. Christmas, Easter).

Operatix Pty Ltd does not accept any responsibility for shipping times, and we cannot refund items that arrive later than required. If no-one is available to sign for your parcel, Australia Post should leave a card advising you of your pick-up options. Australia Post will return your order to our Dispatch Centre if you do not arrange to pick it up promptly. Should this happen, you will be required to pay a $25 Australia Post Return Fee for re-delivery of your parcel.

Operatix Pty Ltd does not accept any responsibility for goods once they have been collected by Australia Post, including any loss or damage in transit. No reimbursement will be made by Operatix Pty Ltd in such cases, unless you have chosen our Insured Post option, which includes insurance for your goods. In this case, we will submit an investigation with Australia Post and your goods will be replaced or reimbursed. Postage will not be reimbursed.
