For this release (M337), Cameron has selected a delightful Peated Port Cask Whisky (61%).

This limited, single batch release has been specially chosen from Cameron’s premium reserve of barrels for its exquisite quality, rich taste and aroma.

Made at our distillery on the edge of Princess Royal Harbour, it has been aged in American oak ex-bourbon barrels before being finished in a Port cask for an elegant and complex result.

Each barrel will exhibit its own unique characteristics, creating slight variation from batch to batch.

TASTING NOTES

NOSE

Raisin, with sticky date pudding, creme brulee, and hints of cherry

PALATE

This well-rounded whisky exhibits notes of cherry, charred maple syrup, and caramelised sugar

THE FINISH

Slight charred finish with sweet undertones
