Giniversity Atelier Gincello Gin - 500ml

Gincello is an innovative union between Lemon, Yuzu from our Swan Valley Cellar Door, and of course Gin. A lovely lemony flavour balanced, rich sweetness and texture with layers of gentle honeysuckle on the mid palate lead to a punchy juniper finish where the gin characters shine.

Serve it neat, on ice or with a splash of soda water. You can garnish it with a lemon wheel & rosemary.

Store it in the freezer for that added liqueur mouthfeel.
